Deposit Policy: $350.00 per week or 50% of weekend booking. All deposits are required when making your reservation. 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your arrival date.
No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
If cancellation is not received 30 days prior to arrival there will be no refund. There are no exceptions, as this is a destination resort, and a cancellation results in a vacancy for us, so the policy is firm.
